Other Services at Find Art
by Carol Yuko on 03/24/21One-on-one art sessions are my primary focus. Since my building is not wheelchair accessible, I will travel to the student's private residence or group home setting.
I do offer group sessions at group homes or daycares. Per person cost is usually $10. I did bring art to CEVEC (Cuyahoga East Vocational Education Consortium) for 3 years, also.
Group art projects for fun and friendship are offered. I recently hosted a Paint Your Pet gathering for a Kennel Club. Each member sent me a photo of their pet in advance. I transferred an outline to watercolor paper and provided all materials and a basic tutorial for mixed media. I provided snacks and beverages and 2 hours of fun was had by all!
Group art projects for elementary and middle school children are my latest addition to the Find Art menu. A class would be 1 hour, all materials included. I would guide young artists toward a completed piece in mixed media. Per child cost: $15.
As the world opens up slowly from the pandemic, creativity can thrive in more traditional ways once again! One thing I am certain of, ART NEVER LEFT THE BUILDING!
